The guy should have driven home instead of going to his friends house. Yeah he was drunk, but he wouldn't have gotten shot over a hose attachment.
And regardless of the situation, it's always wrong when innocent people are killed. You can bet your ass I would have lost it someone in my family was shot and all he had was a water nozzle.

Dude went to his buddies after drinking, he made the right choice, so he was sitting on the porch playing with a hose nozzle when some nosy paranoid neighbour decided he had a gun, cops show up and see him with "something gripped in his hands" shot him and say oh sorry we thought the thing we could not see was a gun, did he threaten anyone or even give reason to be viewed as armed and insane? no, a lesson learned would be the fuckin hero cops restraining them selves from using deadly force when its not needed! i mean after all theyre cops. they have new laws passed on a reg. basis to give them more power to murder innocent people. they could have used a stun gun and accomplished the same thing and some drunk would still be alive. but instead they shoot him over and over. if you think this is okay then youll change that thought when it happens to someone you know and care for.police are cowards not heros
