My card expires May 1st. I was gonna take care of it yesterday, but tomorrow looks good.

green card returned on Sat, nothing today, which is day 3, as they received the apps last fri,. Today (wednesday) is day 4 since they recieved the apps, so long as all is correct, and it is, we should be getting our auth letters out by thrusday. I wonder if i can just pick them up at the Office. Considering I ll be in Lansing to hear how the Judiciary Votes on these 4 fucked up, liberty stealing bills Thursday AM.

Actually my ol lady is. lol. If tomorrow ever comes around she is going to be one busy woman. lmao. She is friends with people at place I am doing my re-certification. As long as it is done this week I wont freak out. I was going to fax my shit Monday morning and she said not to that she was going up there. Well, it's wednesday. lol

Well I went to MaryJanes in Marquette and took in my paperwork. They put me online with Dr. Bob and I talked with him for a little while. He explained things to me about my spinal stenosis that my other doctor didn't. I should have my paper and send in my money.

careful Glad, Legislation is 100% against any skype certs. they are seeing them the same as they are looking at hotel certs, or the ones out of the back of the appliance store in Det area last yr.....

as I understand them, for a Skype Dr visit to be valid in many of its current uses. the patient still has a certified medical assistant, or RN ect, that can do a palpable on the patient, and convey medically to the Dr what is felt. This way the Dr is getting Certified Medical information from someone that can convey that info via correct medical terminology, and is registered with a medical entity in some manor. Other wise, what is the difference between a skype cert, and say one done just over the phone?

just saying be carefull on these, they may come back to bite you. One of the amendements on the Bona Fide bill had stated Skype certs, like hotel certs, are not acceptable. i do not know if that language is still in there in the amendment or not.

but imagine if your skype cert was in valid, who would LEO come visit, you, or Dr Bob in this case? no Cert, no protection of the Act.

i may be crazy, but its a valid concern you may find yourself in.

It is valid concern. I live in the woods in the middle of UP so I have awesome reason for skype visit and I did the interview from a real clinic and there are not many up here, plus I have been recently diagnosed with spinal stenosis on top of all my other back damage that qualified me for the initial card. And then this is a recert. so weighing that all out, I went with Mary Janes. Great place and I like to support the good guys.

that may be the difference, being in a clinic setting. I just recall the crossed eyes and read ears when skype certs were being discussed on the Repub side of the isle.

I could imagine. That sounds shady as fuck. But he does a large percentage of Yoopers and I am legit. He was very professional no doubt. Very thorough.

ok, checks were cashed on Monday 3-26-2012, indicating both applications and everything was in order and accepted. Now if all goes well, its 2 days later right now, I expect to get the new MMMP Authorization letters within the next 2 or 3 days, so i would say i should have them in my hand by saturday, then its would be the wait until the cards show up. Depending on the new printer status.


SO now the question is, checks cashed on Monday signifying program acceptance, do i get my approval with in 5 days of review(which is monday when they opened them up and took and deposited the check into the states fund!).
Guess we will see.

Dude, I been waiting for months and I got an acceptance letter but no card yet.

U wanna know whats bullshit? I expire in a few days and I plan to renew tomorrow, I've gotta pay 200 dollars to do this. Now even though I renew tomorrow, I'm not gonna be legal untill they cash the check, again! So instead of telling the patients about this they fucking surprise you. Thank god my wife is legal to posses plants! Now I know to renew a month prior to expiration
