I heard that he was accused of trading prescriptions to a female in exchange for some sexual favors. I heard he was acquitted after years of bs and court.
If that is the case, I have no problem with it. A woman sucking some dick for dope isn't exactly a new concept. And that is what I heard. I KNOW nothing. I talked to him for awhile and honestly like the guy. His wife may be a little pissed off though. lol.

The check cashing does not signify approval in any way. They will still cash your check even if you are rejected. Also, it takes much longer to get your auth paper. If you are checking your mailbox daily, you are going to be let down day after day after day after day

Take the hard-working money taker and put him on mega printer. We could contract that bad ass to make all the cards throughout the country and make even more money. Money taker works holidays and weekends. Money taker makes robots jealous. If you get denied, you have to deal with his brother Money giver, money giver doesn't speak english and doesn't really do much.

I have had around 15 cards now. They do not have an acceptance letter. That is most likely your card. They stopped using plastic,its on asheet of paper now.

Yes it sure does. you ever get a check from a CC Company, that when you cash the check you accept their terms, and have a CC account. Cashing a check is legally accepting a contract. No contract, no check cashed. I know that some folks have had check cashed and they have not been accepted to the registry, some have even been denied, but that is the legal conundrum of the state.


At any rate. I ll have to do some digging on it, but there is a statement from the head of LARA, where she mentions how they have the system working, and she stated, the checks should only be deposited IF the application was approved. May take me a week to find it, but i think it was in a story on Mlive a few weeks back on the new printer.

LARA is sending out APPROVAL letters now as well RZZA. but the HARD CARDS are still viable and being mailed. they are catching up with the back log. the approval letter is your YOUR GOOD TO GO letter until you get a hard card.

So you can carry around your approval letter until your card comes out or do you still have to tote around a copy of your app, cashed check, and certified mail green card?

you must. the aproval letters can not be copied. they have all the same info your card will have. and now they are sending out approval letters, your paperwork (copies) are supposedly defunct as many LEO wont recognize copies of the paperwork as your hard card... the idea is the New Authorization letters are your hard card, until you actually get your hard card in hand.

It has your name, addy, Reg ID Number, and if the auth is a Pt or CG auth, and if you are allowed to possess plants.

question is, will LEO take this piece of paper or the last ones as proof of program participation. It has your registry number on them, so they can call and confirm with LARA. SO it SHOULD Be as good as your hard card. Problem with that is many LEO dont even recognize a hard card....


I have heard from more than one source MSP and other LEO are pulling people over along the northern I75 corridor, and arresting them for being out side of the transportation law of having your meds locked in a case or in the truck. that fucking Bill has not made it out of senate, nor is it law yet, but people are already being arrested for not having their meds in a case in the trunk. But im sure bob harris is ok with it, they are just arresting criminals for Pre Crime....

TY, you are correct.

yes, the NEW paper is a Authorization letter only, until the hard card comes. The intent is to clear up to LEO if someone is infact accepted or denied to the registry. the copies of paperwork, while legal, gave LEO no way to verify them. THUS LARA, decided to issue an Authorization OR a Denial letter for EVERY application sent it. If the App is accepted and Authorized, the Check is cashed. The Depositing of the Money into the State fund, then initiates the generation of the Approval letter, and the card. the Approval letter, like the denial letter, SHOULD get to you with in 21 days of the Dept. accepting the application. If there is an issue with the App, the app is entered to another system, which generates the denial letter, and the check is put to the side. This is info given directly by the head of LARA in one of here "Statements". Look it up, I have and read it, do your own footwork bob.

the WHOLE Approval process is generated From the Check being deposited. If the Check is Cashed, you HAVE BEEN APPROVED.


now the new approval letters have your Registry ID number on it, which LEO can use to contact LARA to Registry Program verification, just like they would do if you had your card. but due to the printer crises, they are still behind.

Yes it would appear a few things were taken into account. they actually mentioned info on growing outside, which was presented by the PEOPLE. Not one Organization spoke of outside grows that i can recall, but more than a few Citizens made note of it.

But. this is just out of committee, and now off to the floor. we will see what comes of them.

then you had a legitimate case. by cashing the check they are stating the contract is accepted. the head of LARA stated that herself some months back...

Ya, I am pretty sure they cashed a few checks of ours and still kept sending back a couple for changes. The money is always gone out of account like twenty minutes after it's mailed somehow. That is why I always give props to money guy, money guy don't fuck around. Lions need to draft money guy.

So i get a paper in the mail said im approved to be a caregiver ,but the patients card expired ten days before they printed the paper. so before I got the paper it was already expired.

I've done 3 runs now .... each one getting better.

I had to go lay down the other night after smoking some bubble. I usually take 2-3 hits and put it down, but I was feeling ambitious and took about 6 good rips off of it. Man, I was fucked!! The room was spinning, catching trails, the whole 9 yards. Lesson learned!
