Mother plant in organic soil...clones?

Sure this has been asked a lot but I can’t find much on it.
if my mother is growing in soil and fed organic amendments, is there any disadvantages to starting cuts from her in coco and synthetic nutes and growing them like that?
Or is it better to keep them in what they came from?
Appreciate any advice

It’s fine! Can be a problem if you root that clone in soil and then try to switch to coco but the origin mothers medium doesn’t effect clones

Sweet! Growing 6 in earth boxes now and cut clones of all and started them in coco/nutes. My plan is to keep the best one and grow her cuts in coco. Then kinda compare the two grows.

Just like your body won't know the difference between organic vitamins and synthetic vitamins, the plant won't know the difference between growing medium and synthetic or organic nutrients. The same chemicals will be provided to the plant, if not more. It'll be okay.
