Exactly. My point in allot of the talk and light bashing that happens here. Imagine spending thousands of hours and dollars to manufacture a light to hear someone Bitch relentlessly about it. Life's to short to be a dick
Right! Like when I first bought my Cloak some of these guys were saying the shittiest stuff after I just spent over $2 G's on one light. It made me feel shitty & unsure. Come to find out, it's probably the highest yielding light available anywhere out of all the different technology available.
Last run it gave me 2 pounds off only 600 watts w/ 4 medium sized plants. Not even huge yielding strains either. If I opened it up n added 2 more plants, I'm sure it would've gave me 2.5-2.75 pounds. Can you even imagine that?
Where are all those guys now? Deffinetly not apologizing for making me feel stupid when I first bought it.
So, for anybody reading this, next time you're on a thread n someone is saying diodes suck & only cobs produce, you can tell them Hybridway pulled 2 plates off 600 watts of soft diodes w/ plenty more potential to go.
That's a prime example of why you can't believe 1/2 of what you hear around here.
These same guys got people thinking 3590's are more efficient then 3070's. They're both CXB made the same way. You wouldn't compare a 3w diode to a 5w diode & say the 5 is more efficient then the 3 would you just because they're different at the same current?
That's the kindve misinformation that has people thinking the SE-450 isn't as good as it could be cuz it uses 3070's. It's called the right component for the unit not the wrong. It's every bit as efficient as any other light running cobs at half their max rated power.
Anyways, sometimes you just need to grow n find out. You can't always just read something here n think it's gold. Especially when the majority of the people spreading data info around don't even grow. Not all but the majority around here.
So yeah, I bought the most expensive light around, but it turned out to be the highest yielding light around too, & the extra harvest weight far surpasses the extra purchase cost.
Amare is fairly inexpensive but to me is worth way more then they charge for it. The quality & yields are better then any other above lighting available that I can find based on my research. Sure, some here on this forum might disagree. But those are the same guys that knocked me for buying the Cloak. So, their opinions don't hold any weight with me.
Rant over n out.
