That one looks like it is heat stressed. Same thing with the one on the back right in pic 3. The yellowing tips on top looks like it might just be a burn because it looks to be on just on side. Do you use cfls and keep them close? The rust spots greenman pointed out does look like cal def.

I think yours looks more over watered. You get a curl rather than a totally limp droop.

Sounds to me like your watering technique is all wrong. The advice you have read about overwatering is more to do with the frequency of watering, not the amount. You should saturate the roots thoroughly when watering, until there is plenty of run-off. If you don't give the plant enough water to work with, it can't maintain it's structure properly, and roots and foliage will die off.
Use a proper wet-dry technique, where you drench the soil fully, then allow it to dry out until it feels light before watering again.

I too think they look overwatered, but with 2k over them at 18" they should dry out pretty fast. As a matter of fact too fast. Plants that small can't take that kind of light. Raise them up, way up, 36" min. Turn one off unless you need the coverage. Make sure the pots aren't dry. give them a few days to a week to perk up and start greening up.
It just looks like they're stressed from transpiring and going from one extreme to the other. It's all about balance.

Light source comes in at the top of things to list when asking for help.
Could it be you have thrown $$$$ at something you desire thinking it would all be peaches and cream?
Slow down. grow at the plant pace and learn from it.
Of coarse I may be wrong, never the less if you are growing under 2k HID lights
that is an important part of the solution you seek.
Here is an update. To the comment about throwing $$$$ at it. I saved up for a while to be able to buy the best equipment I could. I thought that with sub par equipment I would get sub par plants. I needed 2 lights to be able to cover each plant evenly. I dont understand the comment about it being an important part of the solution I seek. So here are pictures from this morning. Last night I watered them thoroughly on the recomendation I got here. They were different this morning and I also raised the lights. I will put a pic from last night then a pic of same plant from this morning to compare. Any help letting me know if I am on thr right path or if there is something else I should do.

Even though they are still young? They are only getting close to 4 weeks since I put the seeds in paper towels. So only getting close to 3 weeks old since the popped out of the soil. I should still put them in the 5 gallon buckets where they will stay for rest of their life?

Transplant buddy, and when you do water heavy till you see run off. Then next time when you think they need to be watered again stick your finger down in the soil till it reaches your knuckle, if it feels moist no need to water, and you do need to turn off one of those 1000, ,just trust me. Unless you have more than 20 plants going that one thousand will cover it untill flower time.
Ok I love the input. But for the light to hit them all I will need to raise it up really high. Even now with two the ones on the outer edge are tilting to get light. It will be good enough at 3 feet above? Also I do have 16 plants now. Just 1 light will be enough at that high?

Hahaah I also have 16, guess what there under a 600 watt in two gallons trust me thousand will cover it I have a thousand as well but I know it will be useless untill flower, the light that we as humans can see with the eyes is diff to plants. You dont need to raise it that high, and what are your temps do you have a fan going?
