Northern Lights Mainline vs Bending main stem and LST...

Hi all, thought I'd share my 4th grow comparing different grow styles. I will be trying my first mainline/manifold and will be comparing results to previous grows.

Northern Lights Fem (Nirvana)
Spider Farmer SF-1000
Custom grow cabinet, 1.5x1.5 feet, 55 inch high (minus around 10 inches for the carbon filter, lets say 45 inches height--yes, headroom is limited)
AC Afinity 4 inch fan, 4 inch carbon filter
Fox Farm happy Frog + Perlite
7 gallon Air Pot (final pot)
Dyna Grow Foliage Pro, Protekt, Mag Pro, and Bloom. (Mycos and Great White as well).
RO , no PH around 7. Feedings around 6.5 PH-- I'm still dialing this in and experimenting..

All nodes to be removed except the third node...I plan to use Nitrogen well into early flower (Foliage Pro) and may continue to use it all through. I will be using very little bloom nutrients this grow and may mix Bloom with Foliage Pro (very lightly)

Tips greatly appreciated, feel free to comment. (I noticed that they ask for others not to post on grow journals--I can use all the help I can get)


Week 1: Leaves wrinkling badly, this has happened before and seems to end after transplant. She'll get happy in her final pot, at this point I'm just working the "frame" of the plant.

Week 2: Wrinkly leaves, I think the plant takes a little time to get used to the soil, or I'm doing something wrong.

Week 3: Not looking too good, I may have over done the calmag. Working to get her back to health, soil PH seems too low. Boron deficiency due to lockout?

Week 4: Getting smaller before getting bigger. Everything removed except the third node.

Anyone know why my picture won't show preview? Is it a formatting issue?
