what I'm denying is that ALL detachable magazines firearms will be banned. The link to the bill floating around would be nice or I call bullshit and misleading. You do realize they have separate clauses for rifles, handguns etc...and all have to have more then one feature other then detachable magz to enter into the assault weapon bullshit category. All semiautomatic rifles and handguns that have a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.
All semiautomatic shotguns that have a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock; pistol grip; fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 5 rounds; ability to accept a detachable magazine; forward grip; grenade launcher or rocket launcher; or shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

I say we ban certain people. Not all, just those with those characteristics. I'm not suggesting we do it to all people just some. We just need to separate people. As long as it's equal. Good idea?

My suggestion is we first start out with liberals. Then we move on to bible thumpers.

This banning thing is a good idea. But I only see it working if we ban people. There are always smart asses who go around laws. Hmm, I guess we need to ban them first, then liberals and bible thumpers.
