This fucking pig could not WAIT to shoot this scared white kid. The kid crawls to the cop exactly as instructed and is crying, begging the cop not to shoot him. So the pig does anyway. The pig is psychotic, drugged out of his mind, or both. I've never seen such a blatant murder, this is truly upsetting...

The idiot reached for his waist and the officer thought he was reaching for a gun. It'd been nice if the officer wouldn't have been so quick to pull the trigger. Then again why should he wait to see if the guy was going to pull a gun and shoot him? The moral of the story is always do as your told when someone has a gun pointed at you.
