Will this still be a scandal if the Tea party groups in question are audited and found to not be "social welfare" organizations and just fronts for funneling campaign money to Right wing republicans?

IRS streamed lined Obama foundation in 30 days ( a sham charity) while the average wait for everyone else was 5- 6 months.
