Limit420 is my lil bro RIU show him love. This is his first actual successfull grow. I gave him one of the purple platinum kush plants I had that hermed on me and he plucked out the scas and seeds and has let it ride outdoors. This shit is super stinky and has great color. I cant wait till that purple starts coming out now that temps will be lower with the winter. Looks real good bro good job. Cant wait to smoke some.

I cant wait till the PSD is ready and that cheesey kush is looking crazier than the last time you've seen it for sure. Good shit from you and your brother! I just finished helping my brother with his very first grow, I can't believe how well he did! So much better than I did!! I didn't even bother to weigh my first grow, but we think he has 11-12 oz as of right now from a 600HPS, but it's not the weight that has me so excited, it's the quality! Woohoo!! I owe you all pictures, but I just don't have any, at his request.
Remember guys, if it's a herm now, it's a herm forever, keep on top of her and you can tame the bitch to the end, but it takes diligent searching every day for bananas. They most typically form at the top of the plant, but it's often that I will spot one forming on a lower branch on it's top nug, or sometimes straight out of a bud in the dead center of my plant, closest to the stock. Like I said, diligence.
Don't ever take on a seed that was the one seed in a million nugs, it's a herm, I can guarantee it, unless freak winds carried pollen so far that only one single spore remained and landed on a single calyx, but that is damn near absurd. But absolutely possible and has happened. But generally, you want 3 or more seeds to fall out of a single nug to determine if it was purposely pollinated, or at least accidentally by a mail. Most herms don't pump out a lot of pollen in my experience, and a lot of it is not viable. so you usually see just a few seeds here or there. Not to say I personally haven't had a plant that hermed and pumped out tons of pollen, but it was really only on herself, all the plants next to her in very close proximity were just fine, I think I found one other seed in the pound of other products that came out of that room.
But I so highly recommend using well reviewed strains from seed banks. Grab some Jack Flash from Sensi Seeds and never look back. I myself am wigging out over TGA Subcool's Chernobyl right now! Super stretchy sativa, but giant fist sized nugs fucking everywhere!! Too dank to look directly in the eyes. And the Original Sour Diesel from Cali Connections, but I like all their gear. But being an east coast hood you shouldn't have any trouble finding a real AJ's Cut so you won't have to worry much about seed form of Sour D unless you want the variety. SFV OG, from Cali Connection, even in seed form, is absolute keeper, no regrets.
Fucking a man, I'm about to launch my breeding program in full swing, I'm going to grow a bunch of these bitches out, clone the ever loving shit out of them, and SOG the clones until I find my keeper, waves and waves and waves of 3x3 rooms. I'm going to shock the whole scene down here man. I'm done working my body into the ground, I'm way to smart for this dumb shit.

ok mad props on the last journal that got me on to this one. i didnt think u could do it but by mid way i saw it was possible. i just have two questions about what u are doing. why the hps for the veg because to me its clearly causing some stretch on the plants. i know sativa indica differences i get that just my observation. second i think u would hugely benefit from toping im sure u have read uncle bens tips, if not great stuff. good topping and a little training and u get lots of bud sites and u can still get rid of that lower airy shit.i really think a mh and good ventilation would tighten up those growth nodes. my light is switchable like yours but i like the mh and the reflector is set up for 8inch fan and the gentlemen earlier is correct a good 8inch cost a little. i dont comment much just like to absorb what i can not trying to be negative just offering opion. keep up the good grows so guys like me can learning new boundries to push. rep rep
