Okay, the molasses mishap, that was this gross thing that happened to the 4 babies I've started. They're in week 2 and have hardly grown, but I'm not too worried as my current lady took forever to grow at first, also.
So I went to water them yesterday with the molasses mix, which is about a gallon of water with a tablespoon of molasses.
Well I poured some into each, when I noticed this horrible rank smell quickly suffuse the room.
It was so disgusting and so strong-- a high sour, dead, bitter, acrid, shitty smell.
I quickly realized my error. Usually I let the water sit for days before watering the plants, to get rid of chlorine, or whatever.
Well, letting the water with molasses sit... in this heat... basically turned the molasses into something dead and gross.
It was so gross, so strong, that a couple drops got on the floor and I swear I could smell that shittiness just from those drops, as well as emanating from my poor plants.
I cleaned up as best I could and aired the bathroom (where I have the babies growing) out.
It took all day to get rid of that smell and even today sometimes you still catch a whiff of it.
Now, I thought-- shit-- I just gave my plants something dead, it will rot their roots and kill them.
Maybe it will. But it hasn't yet.
Today I remembered that I have plain water in a squirty bottle, so I sprayed the soil with that.
I actually don't think that nasty shit will kill them or else they'd already be dying.
Hell, maybe they even like it: there was a particular component to the odor which I could not at first place, then I realized: it was vinegar. The thing about vinegar, it's acidic. What if-- what if my water or my soil tends toward alkaline and that acidic shit actually maybe even brought a balance?
Well, I'm not trying that experiment again, whatever the case.
Now, I add molasses just before watering, then use the leftovers for houseplants and the ivy in my yard I shall try to re-invigorate.
Okay, now for pics.
I noticed that since I leave the door open in the daytime I can bring cab temps down to a pretty reasonable 89 degrees. That's a lot better than 103, or the 97 or so with the ice.
Since then, my buds have grown. Probably only I notice, but the main bud and the two buds below it have grown slightly, with much crystals. It is a beautiful thing.

Funny thing about this plant, which has been through everything. It has hardly any leaves, and the ones it has are curled. It's something called Super Bud, and supposedly it's designed to get the most buds for the least effort, or something. Supposed to be for noobs.
The lack of leaves is due first probably to stress. But after this, now that the stress is reduced, I'm wondering if this crazy thing is just so devoted to bud growing that it's like, "Fuck the leaves! We grow bud!"
I mean, of course you need leaves, but maybe the stress messed with it yet it still is growing bud, I find this strange.
