Obama has different approaches than previous presidents, he said his goal is to not only us DOJ , DEA but now under his admin include the IRS to go after and shut down any mmj compliant store.

First of all, mmj is about people being sick, people who are truthfully sick and have mmj for a valid medical reason (not an ingrown hair) then they cant grow their own shit, some of these people are handicapped or close to it, this is what creates industry, people who are sick need their medical nug: then industry comes along to offer it, within the state, within all state law of course. Its none of federal gov goddamn business, let the state worry about it. Yah and big pharma controls the industry and limits competition through FDA regulations. If we had a free market it wouldn't be an issue. Besides its easy to grow your own weed anyway, it cannot be a controlled market if it is legal. Freedom works.

so, is anyone working on that list of convictions?

i gave up on the list of new dispensaries that opened up after the obama/holder announcement because the number is in the thousands.

i assume that you guys can list at least a few dozen fully state compliant growers who were convicted federally.
