I do it once from small nursery pot the seed is started in straight to final pot. Some do it numerous times but I don't think that's necessary and more work than needed. Once they have a decent root structure they're ready to go.

I treat them just as I do with vegetable and flower starts started in small nursery pots and then planted directly into the garden or yard.

I start them in a tiny 100ml pot. Then I go for a 2.5L pot and I put them in a 12.5L pot. I veg for 10 - 12 weeks. If I am doing clones I put them straight into a 2.5L pot and then the 12.5L pot and veg for 8 weeks.

Depends on how much space you have, and how much electric you want to save.
clones take up very little space and only need a very low amount of light
as the plant grow you can increase the veg space and add more light.
I go from cutting in rock-wall(small propagator , up to 10 cuttings).
Pot up into 1ltr pots, could veg under twin t5s for 2 weeks.
then pot the plant upto into 7.5 ltr pots for 2 weeks
pot up again into 20ltr and flower.

If your not careful, your veg light uses more electric than your flower light.
often see growers stick the flower light on full and veg there plants for 6 weeks, total waste of electric and space.

for example i dry my plants in the veg room, clones on the floor with a 1ft t5 above them for 2 weeks while the buds dry

You dry your plants in an active tent while vegging plants in it?
Dear lord...
Can you pls explain the paragraph on veg lights vs flower lights? Do you mean HP's and MH?
Otherwise the lights are the same.... So what are you talking about?

I chop my plants down, take cuttings and place them in a small propagator for 2-3 weeks, with a single 1ft t5 tube 4" above the small propagator fixed to the wall
At the top of my veg room 1m high, I cut all the main shoots (about 2 foot longh and hang them on some mesh or wire) the small amount of light or space for the propagator does not effect the weed drying.

More light faster growth.....you dry in a warm lit area??

How much light does your cuttings need to root?

Can we all agree, 25c is a good temp to dry weed and root cuttings?
A single t5 light does not give off much light, will not effect bud quality as its drying.
A single t5 light will give the cutting just enought light to root.

Early veg the plants are small and 9 plants in small pots(1ltr) will take up less than 1ft2
plants in early veg only need 200-300 PPFD for the first 3 weeks
so you could use a 12.5w Philips LED daylight bulb(plastic top cut off) in a lamp 7" above the plants

your plants would recive a good amount of light.
