If an employee is producing so little that the color of his shirt makes a difference then he should get fired. Maybe he was a whining PITA....

My point is that you have to provide VALUE to your employer to stay employed.

I am against right to work laws. Business owners should be able to run their business how they see fit. I work in construction, non-union. People who work their asses off get raises. I've seen over 20 people in the last year who have 0 common sense. They are a burden on the whole crew and they don't need to be there. They aren't working any longer, we'd go out of business. I feel I'm treated fairly if i wasn't I would take my services elsewhere. I'm not forced to work where I am at I choose that. My employer should have the right to chose who works for him.
