I normally take 25 to the Santa Fe Relief Route, follow that to Espanola, up to Taos along the canyon, then through the land grants and into Colorado. I like that route you have there. Hiting 84 instead of over to Taos. And, I have a shitty car, it's perfect for shitty roads. (I used to live about 20 miles south of Taos.)

I'll remap, update my route and time information.

I'm working it. I get 450 a tank, 12.5 gallon tank. Have to be in southern Oregon by Sunday evening, and have to keep within my very limited budget. LoL.

I don't wanna' shave off my Denver visit! Kelly4 is fun to blaze with! He's a trooper, he'll hit it every time you pass it to him. His pup's just as badass.

I think I've got it figured, minimal miles -- if I can find a short cut from Milan up, that'd be groovy. I'll be doubling back, after I visit in Denver. It's a 90 mile double back vs. 300+ mile loop.

Bonus: Possible SoCal visit.

EDIT: And, I'll be passing your way tomorrow and Saturday -- or Saturday only, and shave 4 hours and 200 miles of driving tomorrow.

but you're welcome to come visit while i build my veg room and a temporary flower room to keep me solvent until the next harvest.

or i'll head out your way with my pups one day. sky's the limit.

I wish I'd have known you lived there Chewy, I've driven between Albuquerque and Denver 12 or 14 times since the middle of February.

Hi, in Feb we cut thru SW Utah then thru CO. The Utah scenery was spectacular. The CO herbs were spectacular! We're now thinking of going thru CO in mid-May and on to southern Utah for 5-7 days of visiting their national parks.
Any advice on Utah???? Several posts said avoid Utah......?

utah is fine as long as you look like me, a young mitt romney.

the people there are uber nice. and uber white. especially north of SLC.

wife and i sat down for a bite to eat at a gas station/DQ a month or so ago and watched people come and go from the restaurant and gas station. not a single minority the whole time.

I got it and responded. Lots of driving the past couple days. I'm smoking and relaxing with my family. I'll be out that way in the afternoon.

The BlackBerry is great. Sticky, delicious, it's so good I'll still have some to smoke with chewy.
