Schuylaar's Sesh - Issa/Cummings Exchange..

I don't care what justification you can make up, what Issa did was disrespectful and against the rules of the House. Defend him all you want, but Issa has done things like this before, and he's gonna go down because of it. Hopefully he will be replaced as Chairman.

The stench emanating from the indefatigable, dogged Buckmeister and his like minded Progs, is, of course, that of extreme desperation.

does that explain why issa refused to release the transcripts and cummings had to do it for him?

what about the lies? why did you guys straight up LIE about what was in them? if you have a strong case, you don't need to LIE about it.

oh, wait. that was beghazi they got caught lying about and altering emails.

[h=1]WH Benghazi emails have different quotes than earlier reported[/h]
Republicans claim the administration watered down the facts in talking points given to U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice for television appearances while Obama was running for re-election. Republicans on Capitol Hill claimed they found proof in White House emails that they leaked to reporters last week. It turns out some of the quotes were wrong.
Republicans have charged that the State Department under Hillary Clinton was trying to protect itself from criticism. The White House released the real emails late Wednesday.

you guys keep getting caught manufacturing fake scandals, releasing incomplete transcripts, altering emails, and straight up LYING.

these are not things that you need to do when there is a legitimate scandal, like professor tubby and his bridge debacle.

you guys are LOSERS.

why do the republicans need to lie, alter emails, and withhold critical information to keep their "scandals" going?

Nothing is more wormy than a worm that can't man up and admit, Ms. Learner is hiding a criminal offense. Do you even know what the 5th Amendment is?

They learned it from the pigs, that's what our so-called law enforcement has been doing for many years. They manufacture the evidence to make people guilty when they are not, and they justify it as part of their job.

i understand completely.

issa released an edited and redacted version that left out the important part where this all got started by a republican conservative at the IRS, not the white house.

cummings gave him chance after chance after chance to release the full version, and issa REFUSED.

so cummings released the full version himself and blew this stinky turd to smitherines.

undeterred, dumbasses like you make retarded statements claiming that cummings has something to hide, not issa.

that's just about as accurate as skewed polls or global cooling or syria as iran's route to the sea or FDR ever being denied a term by the voters.

just give up already, you are making a fool out of yourself here.

I actually thought Doer was one of those who took the time to find out the truth... Seems not

Unless House party rules are waived, his term expires at the end of 2014 and he won’t be eligible to keep running the committee.

isn't issa the same guy doing nationwide obamacare tours where he purposely kicks out anyone with a positive story to tell about it?

:eyesmoke:

what a gem this guy is. he's clearly very interested in the truth.

He was not due a turn to speak. Obviously.

Under Committee and House rules Cummings was due his turn to make any statement or ask any questions.I suggest you get informed to prevent from looking foolish and idiotic.

Why the 5th?

I can help with this. When one is brought before a legislative committee for inquiry or investigation you are sworn in and everything that is said is a matter of public record. And if there is one thing we have learned from the Mccarthy Trials is that anything you say can and will be used against you should the investigation proceed to the court system. By pleading the 5th is NOT an admission to guilt, it is not even an indicator of guilt. It means that you do not have to answer under the grounds of the Amendment itself. You have the right to not incriminate yourself. That is all. Looking at the historical data of the Republicans and their affinity for falsifying and manufacturing "scandals" that turn out not to be scandals then taking the 5th is actually the right thing to do.

and your evidence is?..

there is cited connection between tea shell non-profits being funneled campaign dollars from the kock brothers plain and simple.

both sides of the aisle's applications were audited, not just one group or the other.

501(c)(4)'s approvals can take years and i know this first-hand.

scrutiny in relationship to number of applicants was acceptable as tea application was disproportionately higher as compared to other groups ie; conservatives, dems.

Look at your history. Look at the pattern of abuse in THIS ISSUE. Look at the DEMS when they get a 5th A, plea under Nixon, why DON'T YOU????

You guys are scurrying, tap dancing, obsfucating....... Hey it has worked so far. But, the DEMS I HATE just for that. And I always have. Political agenda sticking make you all seem so evil to me. Just like the PUBS but a bit more hateful and fake.

So, don't be all faky when we try to discuss issues. I am not on one side or the other.

I am against all of it.

Amendment V

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

I see affintiy for COVER UP. And I am not a dirty partian.

So, there is the true facts. And to try to hide true fact is the tap dance of testimony.

We see it all the time. A parade of people on this issue. They all take turns with dumb questions. None were afraid they would incriminate themselves,

Do you hear what you are saying? INCRIMINATE HERSELF.

And Rolli, you are in partisan blinders.

And none of you PARTs have any idea what went on in Watergate, I guess.

How many of you post-fetus types even watched the Watergate Bombshell.

The problem with shinny monkeys, we are the only one that will sit there and pretend to ourselves we KNOW IT ALL.
