Second Grow 150w HPS

Okay so here's my current setup, it's very likely going to change over the next couple months though.
Lighting: 150w hps on 18:6
Space: 26x28x46 (lwh inches) plywood cab painted white inside
Plants: 9 plants begun from seed, seeds were from my last grow.
Pots: Starting in party cups, will be moving up to 6" pots for remainder of veg and start of 12:12. Will move 4 females to 10" pots once sexed for rest of flowering.
Soil: Using straight miracle grow peat moss to start in, will be changing when they are repotted.
Temps: Range from around 84-86F day to 70-72F night.
Air Circulation: 6" axial fan for exhaust and currently passive intake but will be switched to 2 small pc fans.
Water/Nutes: Tap water left to sit for 2 days and pH adjusted to around 6.5-6.8. Vigoro all purpose plant food for veg, haven't decided on flowering nutes yet.
That's about it for now. I do not have a camera but will be using a friend's for a while until I get my own. Anyone feel free to post anything productive, don't really care if it's positive or negative just looking for some feedback. Hopefully pics will be up within a few days.

So of the 9 seeds I planted I got one set of twins and one mutant. Planted a 10th seed just in case, so I have 11 seedlings total right now. They're still pretty small, thinking another week or two then I'll move them into 6" pots.

All the seedlings are doing decently now, they're still in party cups but will be replanted next weekend into 6" pots. Thinking I'll use a mix of peat moss and perlite when repot them. Picked up some MG bloom booster last weekend, when I start flowering it will be mixed with veg nutes for the first few weeks, then just the bloom, then just water last two weeks to flush.

i'm loving the pic man, it just fuckig mad e my night. kmk last grow was a mango kush clone i got from a firend crossed with a male i got, dont remember the strain this miinute though, think it was master kush? But anyways I ended up with a lot of viable sseds and some good smoke ofgf it. seeds have a good germ rate and they seem to grow reall good other than the twins ans a mutant, both (three? of which are smaller than the rest. Eh once i get pics up ill show you guys what i mean. Should be in a day or two. and dude dont worry, i know you aint a smarass, our one of the chillest people I've found on here yet, I've follwoed yo shit but tend to stay in the bacground of things rather than comment much. I'd rather sit back and learn than run my mouth.

Aight yeahm it was mango from some seed company, ill rmeember it tomorrow, crossd with the master kush father. i',m hpoing it'll flower in less than 12 weeks but both anre long flower starians 10+ each so migh t be kind of long. I kinda want to order some white widow or rhino seeds to cross it to try and make it flower faster. well see after this grow though, this will be a trial of how well it does. Been talking to a certain led comapny recently, smokey you know who i men, and might be buying an led in a few weeks to do a comparison, unfortunately they;re out of stock for 4 more weeks which is longer than i wanted to veg for. So might try toppin g a few branches and growing the tops oput as clones. etiher gonna use cfls or an led panel for the tops/clones and to veg in the future. Been looking at hs lights a bitm, they seem pretty nice but heard they run wild wattaegs because of no fans and weird heat sinks. You guys heard anything bout them?

Nah been talking to kessil, really wanted to get one of their new lights, but they're pretty pricey and won't be available for a few more weeks. No pics currently, but soon. They're going well, slightly burned one while another seems kinda underfed. Surprisingly the twins are doing very well still, not quite as big as the others but healthy.

Funny how strains very with nutes! My dominas burn u look at them cross eyed& my chernobyl will take what ever ive thrown at her!

Yeah, I did a few Mi5 before, they were much hungrier than the mango was. It's weird this time though since they're all the same strain. The one that burned came up the same day as the hungry one too so I'm not really sure what's up with them.

Its the diff phenos. My dominas show mama pheno & the papa pheno. Mama pheno i was used to,but they both are picky eaters.

As you can see they are not in the diy cab I described initially, I went and bought a closetmaid cabinet to put everything in. My plan is to eventually run comparison grows using clones and and a different light on each of the two divided sides. Each side is only 19.5 deep by 23 wide so thinking 4 plants is going to be the max but will likely go better using only two per side. Going to get some 9.5" square pots for flowering that way I can fit four in. Currently the light is about a foot above the tops, going to let them grow up to it and I'll maintain 4-6 inches above tops for flowering.

i bought some short riders couple months ago,i was almost gonna get the mi5 intead.but didnt!

I'm gonna try to keep the twins together for their entire lives. Since they were from the same seed they should both be either male or female right? Yeah I'm going by root development to determine when to repot. Most of them have roots visible on at least one side, once the begin to circle I'll repot.

Yup, I've seen other people get twins with different strains too, not sure if there's something unstable in the genetics that causes it but if it's a trait one could breed for I could see that being very beneficial. Imagine doing a perpetual sog 12/12 from seed where every seed gives two plants. Double yield for same amount of effort. They seem healthy just a bit thirstier than the others which is understandable.

How did you like your autos? I did the Mi5 under just a couple small cfls in 2 liter soda bottles while the mango was in veg and they finished while it started flower. I obviously didn't get them anywhere near their potential, but for something small to keep around while others are in veg I think they did a decent job. Ended up w/ about 10-12g from each of them, not a big yield but easily saved money getting the seeds and just letting them go as opposed to buying that much bud from a dealer. And they smoked very nice, low easy stone to relax with.
