When i mentioned the number "100" i was referring to a very expensive "destroyer mite" ....its 75-100$ per 100 of them. You mentioned them too "Stethorus Punctillum "
From my reading/talking to people , none of the predetors can keep up with the mites. So getting 10k or so of them is highly recommended but supposedly the Stethorus Punctillum can eat a lot more and needs 20-40 adults a day to breed.
All that being said , my firsthand experience is a losing battle. Neem and dish soap work the best. (imo the dish soap does more then the neem, killing them on contact) Nothing can be "sprayed up until the day of harvest" or even 2 weeks out so im at a loss.....for now.....
I still have high hopes in the Stethorus Punctillum ....they are just way too expensive to test more then 100 or 2 at a time....
