This has nothing to do with it. What I was taught in school was this: a father SPANKS(see what I did there)? His son NOT his daughter. These kids will grow up looking for a relationship in the form of their parent. Daughter-father, Son-Mother.

Ever hear that saying, Every Man grows up to marry his own mother?

Why would you want your daughter wanting a relationship with a guy that abuses her? This is where the sex card plays in.

Hit your Son, and he'll know to take it out on another Male, rather than Female, we all know we should never hit ladies...

I belive that your child can only be as great as you taught them how to be. You taught them how to learn to be greater, that's even better. And if they can't learn from someone else, Teach themselves. I also feel that they're are only Limited by the information they take in. When it comes to a certain point of view.
