I'm sorry about the Betta. I never had much luck with them either. Try an Oscar. They are pretty hardy. I had an Oscar for several years and he lived to move on to a friend who wanted him.

DAMN!! That might explain why several times when I was changing that fish's water he dove in to the garbage disposal. All those goldfish were insufficient. HE NEEDED THE GARBAGE....... I am so ashamed LOL

feed live fish to another fish!!! i don't think i should have fish PERIOD according to mrs sunny. i am getting a kitten, Lucky Jr, so maybe this was the big boss' way of telling me NO to fish loli scooped Fred out of his bowl and laid him on a paper towel before the ceremonial flushing and don't you know the net and the paper towel were the same red that Fred is/was. it's like his color was bleeding off of him...weird
