Switching types of water during flowering.

Ok I have to go to the store all the fucking time to by distilled water. Its annoying and sketch so I think I am going to just use water out of my faucet and let it sit out for 24 hours and hope that anything my plant does not want it wont get from the new water. But before I do this I want to know if anyone has done this before. Its a lot easier and cheaper and I work like all the time so I don't have time to go to the store. Please someone respond its SUPER IMPORTANT TO ME. Im about to starting on 2-17-12 begins 5th week into flowering. MY FIRST EVER HALF WAY POINT IN HYDRO!

i've only grown hydro twice, first with store bought water the next with tap. i couldn't tell any differnce. water out of my tap was upper 300's on the ppm chart and ph was always high 7's or low 8 and i never let it sit.

Unless your tap water is really bad, no problem.

I would check the PPM of your tap, but make sure you adjust ur nutes accordingly. Should be OK though. Have you considered just buying a small filter or RO? I was using tap water and honestly, it was doing OK, but got my RO and love it. Tap should be just fine.
