got 6 that i just put into flower 10 days ago. still under MH light for a few more days and getting veg nutes with a little PK boost from Connoisseur Part B.
55 days into flower. running Connoisseur and a few additives. sunshine #4 mix with some worm castings. probably another 10-14 days.

thanks kamie. it's 4 plants under a 600w light with some 100w uv flood lights for supplemental mixed spectrum lighting. also increases thc maturity.

It's funny that you quote that 'after trying DynaGro...' thread because the only thing that thread proved was that the OP has a lot to learn about being a consistent grower. Notice how the OP in that thread (TreeKing) claimed he was going to post all these pictures of his current grow, yet the only pictures he posts are of preflowering plants before he screws them up with his preferred plant food.
Speaking of pics, why don't you post up some of your current grow. Include something in the photo that indicates they were taken today. With 60% of your posts being in 'Toke and Talk', I'm beginning to think that's all you do.

makes you wonder about homebrewers actual skills. i can put together plants like that using connoisseur and a few additives but his look he took a blowtorch to them. i'll bet you i spent around the same amount of money as i would of if i had used all homebrewers nutes and additives and my plants an yield would not have been even close to what i have now. that guy is a shill for sure.

scooby i havent talked to you in a while could you tell me what additives your using again? also you get the same results with the sensi as far as the crystals go right, they just swell a little bit less?

what up tree? on that plant i used bud candy, rhino skin, overdrive, sensizyme and cal/mag plus from botanicare only as needed. voodoo juice, piranha, and tarantula for the first 2 weeks only.
i'm starting a journal. it's gonna be a real comparison between AN and Dyna. gonna run it in soil first. then hydro. base nutes for 1 run, additives with another. time to put HB's lies to rest.
i'm a mess though. i just keep planting shit here at the house. haha. got my Dyna products but i just ordered the FULL AN grandmaster lineup. gonna run these journals with precision. detail all the nutes and amounts used so i can run a cost analysis at the end. i already know how it's gonna turn out. can't wait.

i never really looked at trich production in a comparison grow with conni and sensi. that would be cool to look into. i'll probably end up switching back to sensi anyway. i've tried conni in coco, soil, hydro and all. it's a great product in my opinion but really not that much better than sensi. i have a few gallons of conni left though so i'm still messing around with it.
yep, overdrive instead of big bud. from weeek 2 on. my weeks are different though. i run my plants on sensi grow and under MH light for the first 14 days of 12/12. i give them a PK boost only by adding a little sensi bloom or connoisseur par B for the first week. then the 3rd week i start as week 1 of the additives. no flush either. feed, feed, water schedule in soil. feed for a week, 1 day of straight water in hydro. drop the ppms back down gradually the last 2 weeks of flower.
i'll keep you posted on the journal. waiting on some products still and gotta finish out some plants.
what are the differences youve noticed from substituting overdrive for big bud? i just remembered what i wanted to ask you from a long time ago
remember when you told me to add my additives at a 33% ratio compared to the nutes? well i think i remember you saying that you measure your additives by the gal and then you add your conni at the end till you get to your desired ppm. im not sure though it could of been someone else. im curious though after all your stuff is measured out are you pretty much at that 33% ratio that you recommended for me with all AN additives?

overdrive (1-5-4) has more PK than big bud (1-0-3) and it also has magnesium in it. i run my girls heavier on the PK because i am using some (100-150ppm) of sensi grow A (3-0-0) throughout flower and I need a PK booster. i noticed some deficiencies when i was just running big bud. when i switched to just overdrive it eliminated the problem. every strain and environment is different but that works for me.
i think i told you to stick with 1/3rd ratio cause you were running a really low ppm i think. my ratio is a little different but that's cause i'm above 1000ppm for a while. usually i'm between 1/3 and 1/2 though. i measure my nutrient solution by the gallon but my ratios are the same. i add my conni first then my additives. i pretty much now how much i need to add at this point. what i was saying is that if i come up a little short; like 50 ppm; i'll just add a little more base nute.
ok just wanted to make sure our ratios were similar. so if you were using the sensi bloom from day 1 than you would add big bud the second week instead of overdrive? im starting to notice that with some strains if i use grow the first 2 weeks than the plants stretch a little too much. i switched and im doing the bloom from day 1 now since the pheno i picked was the most sativa. it has plenty of nitrogen anyway ive never had a problem before
