Good grief! Just off the first two pages I got this list of over hyped watered down mineral salts.

The only one of these products I have ever used was Pure Blend Pro and that only lasted a second once I did the math and realized I was being suckered by a billion dollar industry that spends more on marketing than the ingredients in the products they sell. I find it hard to believe that so many people have been suckered into thinking they need these products to grow what is probably one of the easiest plants on the planet to grow. The majority of the problems people have growing this weed is due to using all that overpriced junk on the market. Most of the bloom boosters out there are nothing more than mono-potassium phosphate, potassium nitrate, or some other combination of inexpensive mineral salts. Throw in a little molasseses for color and smell and BAM! Super Duper Big Flower Jolly Green Giant Bloom Booster! A dimes worth of ingredients diluted with water sells for $17.95 a quart. Look on the labels of these "Have to have" products and you will see "derived from insert mineral salt here".
And what is with the "I like this nutrient or I like this booster"? It doesn't matter if you like the name , label, color of the bottle, or whatever reason you might like it. It's all about the plant. I can just see the debates between brainwashed growers arguing over different nutrient lines when they all are made from the same basic ingredients.
Calcium Nitrate is $25 for fifty pounds. Mono-potassium phosphate is under $100 for fifty pounds. The nutrient companies are turning a fifty pound bag of mono-potassium phosphate into tens of thousands of dollars by mixing it with water, putting it in a fancy bottle with a cool graphic, and then giving it a COOL name. It's a recipe for success because there is a long line of people standing in line to buy the latest and greatest big bad bloom product. Even when they have a flawless grow there are those that think they still need something else. It's insane.
This plant is a weed and will thrive if you treat it as such which means plant it, give it the basics, and it will grow.
But if you are still hell bent on throwing your money away stay tuned for another new nutrient line. From what I have seen and read it would be foolish not to try and capitalize on this specialized nutrient bonanza.
