I remember being in a thread talking about nutrition and mentioned I had put on 20 at 40 that couldn't lose until I eliminated processed foods no matter how much I exercised. Is that where the fat thing comes from? I'm 6'3" and was carrying an extra 20. I lost and didn't even change pants size. You're an idiot.
