The Main-Lining Thread

I did an experiment with an autoflowering strain. This is DutchPassion AutoXtrem at day 58 from seed with around 30 days to go. It's been mainlined at day 20 on the 3th nod. Tried for 4 but this thing grows so fast I left the side branches as well. Now I'm eager to see will it finnish.

Whats up everyone. I have been reading about Subcool's Organics and Nugbuckets Main Lining techniques for a quite some time now and just had a few questions.
1. If my goal is large yield how does Main Lining 8 large colas compare to ScrOG? Is it viable to main line a plant and use a ScrOG method?
2. I know there are certain strains that are more suitable for Main Lining, and was wondering if anyone has used Nugbuckets main lining technique on any other seeds strains from banks other than TGA Subcool?
3. Is main lining more or less effective when used during an organic grow or a standard conventional grow?
These questions might seem weird, but im basically trying to figure out if I want to try the Main-Lining method, try to ScrOG method, or both at the same time; what the best seeds are for Main-Lining, more specifically, will regular or feminized seeds work better, and are other seeds from other banks like Sensi Seeds viable for main-lining; and lastly weather to use Subcools organic soil mix, or regular Pro-Mix HP with my regular Humboldt Nutes.
Also, would main-lining be a viable technique if I am unable to utilize light dep and am planning on growing the entire plant cycle in a tent, most likely with LED lighting. And if anyone out there has any experience with using Main-lining technique with LED lighting. Thanks for all the help guys, and excuse me for my novice questions.

I use pro mix with fox farms grow big tiger bloom and cal mag. Worked great. I do have a trash can full of super soil cooking in my driveway though.

I``ve mainlined all of my Cataract Kush from DNA as well, it`s a training technique mate, will work the same way ScrOG does in well in conjunction and does not discriminate on soil type. Refer to Tussels post, try not to overthink it, just have to get it there and chop and bend

I've been wondering this, I'm growing under a screen right now, I want to mainline on the next grow. How many plants can I mainline in a 3x3x3 space?
I've been mainlining a outdoor plant I have right now and its been going great.

I grow 1 in a 2.5x2.5x8 under a 400w but this one I switched to flower with 8 heads at about 12 inches from the soil and it rocked out to 24 inches in the end if that helps any.... It fills the whole width of the room nicely with a little space on either side for the light to get around her...bUt I think if you really wanted you could do 4 or 5 just not spreading them out so much....I think jdub did 5 in a similar space

yeah i think id do ether 1 big 16 head, or like 4 smaller 8 head girls...
I have 4 in a 4x4 space, 4 headed minus 1 8-head and when it`s said and done it`ll be tight, but easily space to wiggle 2-4 more in if necessary. Should be fine running 5-6 plants in a 3x3 floor space
**EDIT - Would love to dedicate a whole tent to just one 16-header, takes a ton of veg time though **

Nugs great shit man. Was wondering if you have any experience with jc2? I will be running her under 2000 watts using subcool amazing super soil sitting for 120 days. I was wondering if jc2 is a 50/50 super soil or more or less. Thanks for your time and keep bringing the bud porn.

I shit you not I say when these plants won't let me super crop them. The stems just don't want to bend or snap lol. Well impressed with this main-lining and how strong they are.
This is my first time main-lining, here's my tallest/best looking one. About 2 months old now and potted up into final pots a few days ago. Giving them a week more veg then going to flip.
I'm in coco and I'm just about to bump upto 600w and fire up the dripper system. Thanks again Nugbuckets!
Forgot to mention, these are Dynasty Seeds - Ms.Universe.
Started off with 10 regular seeds. Waited till they took off and force flowered and ended up with 6 females!
This is my first time main-lining, here's my tallest/best looking one. About 2 months old now and potted up into final pots a few days ago. Giving them a week more veg then going to flip.

im shocked at how good this mainlining is just threw browsing the pcitures an nugbuckets own how to guide on this impressive growing method.
But has anyone had any good results trying to mainling Kaia Kush type seeds? im only asking as i found out some of the seeds i got a while back are not autos an that rang the bell of possible mainlining training on them to pop me curiousity about mainlining cherry.
