Let's not ask that question again, because everyone is going to give conflicting ideas, or say what they think one wants to hear. There are cultural factors affecting what the common idea of beauty is but that is something you're going to have to ask yourself. And there is also a difference between something that looks like you'd fuck it and someone you think is beautiful. Part of it also, is what radiates from within.
Ithink you're a pretty girl and alot of guys here think so too. The guys who have used you were just assholes. Just like the guys who have fucked me over, remember I know that feeling of 'What do I have to do?' 'Am I just not pretty enough?' Had to go get my non asshole myself and I don't know if I am beautiful ( if beauty is solidly quantifiable) but he sure as hell makes me feel beautiful and that's what matters. Get out there and find your non asshole, because a good few of us think you are quite a catch.
EDIT: Neer Neer has it right from a more factual, less politically correct standpoint. I know you are insecure about your weight but most people don't like overweight people because it is simoly not healthy to be obese, not saying that you are. But of course to have th opposite end of the spectrum, women who starve themselves to death and look like it..
