In Canada it is a non issue, The Americans are way more obsessed with royalty than we are, some networks have gone off the deep end. King Charles 3 won't make much difference for most Canadians, just a change of face on the currency and saying King instead of King, on those rare occasions they are mentioned.

If Scotland went independent they would probably rent the royals instead of a president.

No its one vote per person. Is a Democracy.

They are the English royal family. It doesn't matter what the other countries think. They are quiet well loved in the UK and employ lots of people throughout the UK

I agree theres no need for a monarchy in this day and age its ludicrous and history should tell you enough to know that plus as you say there kleptocracy was shocking these things cant be forgotten or forgiven imo

Exactly english being the main point well tbh there german in reality lol but yeah in my part of the uk its 50 50 hate to love being a scot and all im no royalist i didnt mourn thats for sure imo we aint had proper royalty here since the 17th century but others may disagree yer all welcome to your opinions

The word bothers me. Royal. What makes one better than another? + someone never meant to be, can, by heinous hands..past politics to pure evil.
