The Trade war between the US and Communist China

286 US service members are stationed in Australia. None of these are for combat capacity. That is the total number and those are joint operations under ADF command with explicit instructions to be stationed there and with the Australian government knowing fully about their presence.

You're out of your fucking mind if you're going to say that MSS has no presence in Australia. In fact, a recent exchange of engineering and expertise was fulfilled by PLA officers in Australia. Of course it wasn't readily disclosed to the Australian government that these scientists were PLA officers.

I want to point out that I felt quite safe and slept very well with half-drunk Australian paratroopers guarding the perimeter in Khandahar while my platoon slept in 2002. I would return the favor.

Yes, you're doing your best not to just say it explicitly but the gist of your argument here is that China is benevolent and America is your overlord.
Not at all.
We have a good relationship with both countries. But at the end of the day our alliance is with America. Who of cause is our main influence, as it has been since the 50s. Australians die in US wars, they don't in Chinese ones.

Thats just Darwin. Pine Gap is an old one. America has Bases on Australian soil, China does not. You have a heap of Personnel and Equipment here. Fighter Jets and other Aircraft in NSW.

Do you think that Australia would side with China in War? You must be the only one who thinks that.

Gillard's quote earlier sums up Australia's position. Its clear and transparent.

Here is another look from the perspective of a very intelligent ex Treasurer and Prime Minister. (his insults to Murdock are legendary to) on the China American thing.

Here it is. ;

Its actually a good interview, Lots of stuff that effects America, Min wage, trickle down economy..

Your questions and hypotheticals are stupid. Obviously you know nothing about how the prison system works. Yeah I met a few who were wrongfully convicted, but DNA ended up freeing them cause at the time they committed their crime, DNA techniques were not that advanced, so the Court of Appeals dealt with that. So get over you stupid ideas of opening the gates and letting Inmate just run out into the community. Most of those dudes should be in prison and some of them, quite honestly should be buried under the prison. So stop talking about things you know nothing about.
I see that you are uncomfortable and would like to shift the topic to "DNA" etc. as if all the people you helped abuse were blood thirsty murderers and only your noble actions diligently guarding them kept us poor defenseless citizens safe from mayhem.

Except, there were lots of people you held captive that never hurt anybody, right?

You do admit your participation in keeping harmless people captive for victimless "drug crimes" though, so you could get paid blood money right ?

Most of these dudes never hurt anybody, but you took money to hold them prisoner for a "victimless (non) crime" .

Have you ever wondered how your participation helped ruin peoples lives or does the retirement check wash any guilt away?

So would you have helped a runaway slave although it was illegal to do so, or would you have returned the slave to his master, because the law said you must?

Why would I not answer?

One can live on their own, or join a community, and hopefully benefit from each one's involvement to support and strengthen that community.
It seems that you have no interest in outside contacts/support or anything else pertaining to community involvement, like taxes which pay for the roads you drive on, I assume.
So, also when your house is burning down before it's foreclosed on for non-payment of Town taxes, you will simply say wait to the firemen, I want to get bid's on your cost to put out the fire

Illogical.
Except when you say "join a community" you are being disingenuous. Joining something implies the person joining has a choice to join or not. That's not how it operates though, so your implying it's all kumbaya is like saying rape is the same as making love or saying slaves "joined" Plantation communities.

In your scenario "joining" isn't a choice, it's a requirement backed up by threats of force for failure to pay money for "services" you might not want or would like to acquire other ways.

If people were free to join or not join, your house wouldn't have an automatic lien on it would it?

I'm more than happy to pay the owner of a road to use it, if and when I use it.

Also, you replied to my question, but, you didn't answer the question. Here let me ask again...

If I offered a service but you wanted to be able decline my service or seek somebody else to provide a similar service, would you be okay with me forcing you to pay me money or I steal your house ?

That was temporary. They are not stationed there. You are making it sound like the US has invaded Australia. Cherry picking some bullshit and refraining from responding to the entire argument is pretty dishonest. I get it though, you're pro-CCP and hate your country's allies. Nihao.

It's hard to find the article that you are looking for when you are ignoring most of the news and cherry picking what suits your pro CCP narrative.

The United States military presently has 4 permanent outposts in Australia.

I have to ask: Do you intentionally get things wrong all the time just to troll people or what?
Actually, there are more than that but you don't like actually reading before you reply. There are a total of 286 US service members permanently stationed in Australia on a bunch of joint commands. They are there on the approval and request of the Australian government.

So once again you say there aren't any and then say there are.

Brilliant. Just brilliant. Again.
Were you born stupid as fuck or have you just always been a moron?

My comment about the troops who were in Australia temporarily was in response to a specific thing he posted about 1500 marines in Darwin.

Learn how to read and try again.

Lets review. You said:

You made it sound as if he had no point because there were no bases in Australia. Never once up to that point had you done anything other than insult him for his views on his own nation's relationship with the U.S.

I simply point out that there are presently 4 permanent U.S. outpost in Australia, which sort of proves his point a bit and you lose your mind and start hurling personal attacks at me.

That's how the U.S. operates: they "just come to help", then they "temporarilly" set up a base, then next thing you know 70 years has gone by and that "temporary base" is still there.

That's how every single permanent U.S. outpost got into Australia and other nations to begin with. Technically, the vast majority are still classified as "temporary" nearly a century later.

But do go on about how that sort of thing never happens and the U.S. would never do anything like that.

So here it is, these guys think that the US has invaded and conquered Australia but China is Australia's benevolent friend. The MSS doesn't have any ongoing clandestine operations in Australia nor does the communist party of China apply any pressure on the political system in Australia beyond what is known to the Australian people.

“It has been predicted that the U.S. will become the world’s third largest economy by 2050, and the second largest by 2020.

The good news is that the world will become richer over the next 40 years, as markets across the globe see continued growth, Citigroup’s chief economist Willem Buiter has written in a new report.

Emerging countries like China and India will catch up with the west in terms of income and quality of life, according to Buiter's recently released analysis entitled Global Growth Generators.”

Trump’s backers know this. In fact it’s the prime reason he’s doing what he’s doing. But instead of actually trying to be more competitive we’re fed bullshit about how doing so would involve the government and by God and little sonny Jesus “that’s socialism”.

All I read was that some of the worst human rights abusers will become very wealthy nations.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
