Well, my stretched Church 1 took what I think to be a micro fracture last night.. Seeing as she's healthy but leaned. Propped her up a bit.. I knew this stretching was gunna come back to bite me in the ass

i told you too lower your light
Imo turn off the big light and get a 23 watt cfl and give them time to get strong.

I dunno man, I just watch temps and keep lots of air movement..
Next video will be on Wednesday, until then I won't really do anything besides PH down and h2o2 treatments. They aren't stretching up anymore.
