Absolutely, you can bend the top down with no ill effect as long as you do it gradually. Some people snap them when attempting LST. You just have to tighten the bend a little every day until you get the shape you desire. I know my widows started reaching for the hps when they went into the flowering space. It is all about the even canopy. Will LST mine if I need to, no worries.

Lil updates..
these pix are not from week8 of bloom..Sorry...
Anyway, growing with t12 fluros, 4 bulbs in 58 w each, then i got for sides 5 clfs, 26 w each, and then for some vertical twist of things with 70w hps...
This is very special grow for me, cas its my first indoor and the harvest day should be on 24 of december, if 10 weeks is enough...
Im using nutes 9-9-26, and i started to add some regular ash as well...
Im planning to switch the lights off for 48h in the final week, and then 1 h on and then chop my way out of that jungle!!!

Her stems are a bit thick , but if you reckon it wont have any ill effects I might just take you up on your advice, theres a few pics of her in my thread, if you think she would withstand it?? and do i train all her branches, only thers about 8 or 9 all as big as the main stem . . . do you reccomend trimming her a bit also???

I have a G13s lab white widow in veg under my t5s. Will be keeping it as a mother plant once I get a MH for a mothering room. White Widow seems to be growing a LOT faster then my Wonder Woman. Seems to be a fast growing plant

I could not find a temp a/c setup yet.
So for now the heat mat kicks on at 6:00am for 1 1/2 hours
then kicks off. The temp goes up to 90 F just before it kicks off.
I am still trying to find a better way to use it. I was hoping that I would find a A/C setup that has a rod that goes in the soil and when it gets hot it will kick the heat mat off. Not sure if they make one but I am keeping my eyes open
for one.

Well here is week 1 of flowering complete. I culled a male yesterday. Thankfully he was my smallest, but unfortunately, I think my best grower of my second batch is gonna be the solitary male. 8 females out of 10. The other plants are in my veg chamber and nothing worth showing yet. Pretty nice way to start off your first two grows.

These girls have grown five inches in their first week. It doesn't appear they've actually stretched, but Im a newbie when it comes to flowering. Does 5 inches sound about normal for Nirvana WW, or any WW for that matter?

I wish I could get some better shots, but no flash on my camera phone. Oh well. They're all between 13-15 inches tall.

Thanks. Im using Fox Farms Liquid Trio. I also started using General Organics Diamond Black that I got from them as a sample. Its a Humic Acid additive. I also started giving my plants alfalfa teas. They'll get one more tomorrow, then Im switching over to my flowering ferts afterwards.

Thanks. Im super excited to smoke something that I have grown. Plus I havent smoked in 4 or 5 months, so it'll be nice to have a ready stash. Ive never really cared enough about weed to buy it myself, but I still love it.

Okay - My first hempys are in flower. It is Dutch Passion WW. Two had to be LST'd to keep an even canopy. Photos attached. Total of 4 different plats, 2 are pre and post LST.

Yeah, thanks. There are two there that I had to tie down. I topped them at about the 5th node in veg but they just wanna outgrow the rest of the plants in the Flowering space. I am using a 400 watt hps and am concerned about light penetration and keeping an even canopy. There are certainly worse problems to have - LOL.
