TLO by Rev.

I used the Revs TLO recipe for this past season, and was using subcools mix for a couple seasons before that. They both are a pain in the ass to prepare, the TLO being a bigger pain. The TLO grow produced noticeably better results for me in terms of overall plant health and vigor during grow, and flavor of bud. I was not doing teas with the subcool mix so this is probably the biggest factor. The teas did seem to promote fungus gnats and I will be growing the pyrethrum chrysanthemums next year around the greenhouse to see if this reduces pests. I tried everything organic to get rid of my gnats this year and eventually had to go to product called "Mosquito Bits" to get them under control. I was not able to determine if the Mosquito Bits were compatible with my organics so maybe I did not get full benefit of the TLO system? In any event, I will be running something close to the TLO method again next year as it did do better for me than the subcool mix.

Im halfway thru my first TLO. I got the 400 blue eye mh and a 600 hps enhanced blue in a 4x8 area for flower. Made seedling tea a couple times. Was curious when to use the finishing tea. Prolly in week 7?

Oh so who's TLO Vortex etc were you smoking then? You're HALFWAY through and you come and tell us fellas you're smoking shit we can't handle blah blah blah?! ROFL... This is your first run, and you couldn't keep plants alive otherwise, so where was this magical hashish from then? Aside from your tantrums putting your personality in a very bad light, you are now officially BUSTED for being a bullshitter. Nice going Nickelz.

And to top it all off, you get the answers you want from Gandalf himself right here on this thread, then come and get nasty asking the same questions on another thread?! WOW. I think I am going to go throw up a link to this one so the other fellas can see this. It is HIGHLY amusing.

Good grief. I forgot about this guy. If you repent and apologize Nickelz the boys may help you finish strong.

i brewed up one of the rev s teas w adjusted rain water. since ur not supposed to adjust ph after brewing, was glad to have it finish @ 6.7. one of the new ingredients i picked up here is coconut water/milk. my question is whats the best way for the plants to use it(uptake) which one, milk or water, then how-in the tea or directly into the water. next i wanna boil/stew some banana peals. can i make a bloom tea w the banana extract or keep it simple and just water w it. growin in one of the revs soil mixes. sorry if i m off subject atm.

I dont know where I got this but I think properly made tea should be around PH 5... if not 5 it's close to it and it should always be the same ph. if someone can confirm this information, that would be great!

I hear for fungus its good to be low ph and bacteria is high. I like my ph to be between 6-7, if I add molasses before I water the ph drops down dramatically.
