Yea, but I'm here legally. They aren't. If they want to come here legally, then become felons that's up to them.
 
Also it depends on how many times you've tried to come illegally, the first time may be a civil offense, but after that the consequences begin to get severely worse.

It’s irrelevant whether they are illegal or not, they are human beings, it’s not very nice to separate children from their parents and put them in cages, or do you think they deserve it?
