some time after that, the polls which were tightening until the VP debate will diverge once again at a slow but steady rate. the race will go from very tight to leans obama once again.
i don't see how the third debate will change that very much unless obama's third debate is like his first. unless it's another huge romney win, it's over. history tells us this.
