but it contradicts the point you were making in post #129. if a boss thinks a female should be paid less, shouldn't he be able to?
that is what you were intimating, at least. that a boss should determine what someone is worth.

he gets around equality by saying he thinks a boss deserves to set pay rate . . .the facade about that is people are biased, and not much can be done to stop how we think or feel . . . .so he gets to eat his cake , yes equal pay, and his icing too, a Boss(more than likely a man by %) derides what the wage is and being biased is hard to prove as a crime
so he wants the best for all but empowers the system that already sets the wage issue at an imbalance

Why can't the owner and the employee come to an agreement on his future worth and sign a contract. Now the likes of you two want to tell businesses what they can pay people on the lower and upper end?

wierd cause your boss's are not companies . . . .they are individuals that currently employ women at 20-30% less then a man of equal education and expiernce
like i siad you liek to have your cake and eat it too, and you are right i was the one who brought up athletes not you(and only in reference to how disgusted that they make more money than teachers not , boss's determine there pay), you brought up equal pay determined by boss's
they do and they still choose to offer women less. . . . what are women supposed to just not work as some suggested for the teachers strike . . .
