funny, I just saw that dry thread and checked your signature out. Looks nice, wish I had friends who grew and didn't mind helping. I don't even let my friends know where I live because they are so damn sketchy.

Dude you got a lot of stuff going on. Making me feel real lazy. I love the test of the different dryings... my hunch is 5 will be the best smoke, but that's a lot to go through. Can't wait to hear what you think about the different styles.

Can I ask how long you've been growing? You seem to really know your stuff.

I grew a few harvests back in 2006-2007 and then had to quit due to kids... just started growing again earlier this year (once again interrupted due to same kid ;) ) and this is 2nd harvest of this year... so a few grows. I read a lot and like to expiriment, still a lot to learn as a grower... this many plants is definitely hard to keep up with with a wife, kids and job. :)

Checked sprouts earlier... black exodus and cherry cheese sprouts are up (the ones I was most concerned of since there were only 2 and 1 of each respectively) - a few remaining on the chocolate chunkey monkey and bmfs... if I get 100% again i'm gonna write up a post on this technique... not that it's anything special or new, but just that it's simple and effective (so far) :)

Next year's goal is 12 harvests, one per month... and sprouting new seeds/cuts each month i gotta get a schedule going. I need 8 big mamma jammas like the one in veg now coming out per month. Haha maybe I should have 16 moms and have 8 different strains popping per month :) how would that be for variety :) i hope the yields aren't too bad on this round I got a lot of stuff I need the money for... bills + reinvesting

that grape soda is lovely, you could sell that for a lot based on the fact that its so purple, because so many people are under the impression that purple means its da best. I also want to see how the death by drought turns out, always wanted to try that

I think based on what others have said it will turn out awesome but be a pain in the ass to trim -- we'll see... yeah that black cherry soda will be popular for sure... it's also really good indica bud. It looks like I actually have cuts of the revegging one after all I think... i'll have to double check but pretty sure they are the same cutting #... so may not need to reveg after all :) will probably do it just for kicks. Sub just said ace is currently being restocked everywhere, so no rush on getting seeds til I run the cuts some more. So will probably order some more seeds after I start building up some reinvestment funds from harvest ;) The 15 remaining Timewrecks are getting sprouted mid-December... probably the remaining seeds from owl in Jan... guess I don't need new seeds for sure til Feb :) really won't need any for a while now that I think about it I need to run through the cuttings I got and actually whittle the selection down before buying more after that :)

I just watered Big red... getting ready to transplant her into the 5 gallon pot... which isn't quite big enough, but will have to make due. It's gonna end up being closer to 6 gallons with a mound... pics coming... she is 16" tall and 32" wide :)

Got a sinking feeling... trimmed some lower buds off the remaining apollos... found what looks to be either immature seeds or just unfertilized egg-like flowers... can't tell which if seeds it's not hard enough to tell yet.... could be nothing but if that is a bunch of baby seeds then that whole batch could be pollinated, particularly the december crew... and i've been wondering why the december girls haven't been chunking up much yet... if they're seeded that may be why. Hope I'm just being paranoid. On the bright side, the apollo i sampled (no cut but i could still take one if i want) was decently racey and euphoric... nothing crazy, but a bit more leaning towards the cindy side of the phenotypic expression.

watered the soon to be departed flower girls... still haven't transplanted big red will do so before sleep. took lotsa baby nugs for samples from the bottom (ain't pruning great) - another good things these sample nugs tell you is whether you've gotten rid of enough nitrogen... for example the aces that went down smoke smooth... the apollo definitely has a bit more N in the buds still you can tell... but it's not done i'm giving them all at least 1 more week... maybe even 2 if they look like they need it. At this point I gotta milk it for all the yield I can get.

Pollen pollen pollen allll ooooooover the placee!!! Splooooooosh SPLLLURGIN :p

Oh well at least they are stacked with crystals!

Maybe before your next flip you could get in there and really scrub the place down...make sure you do not have pollen sitting all over your pot trays and airpots... You really got some beautiful lovelies that is no doubt!! Much rep man!!

Looks like we're still pollen free... owl came over and agrees with me that i'm probably just being paranoid... they just want to make seeds. :) We'll see for sure in time

Yeah those calyxes are SUPER swollen! Putting out some chunkage! Any pollen occurs though, and ooh boy are they ready to receive! You'll make up for some weight on those..

Yeah hoping the bigger apollos help make up for yields a bit... they don't weight as heavy as they look though (density) so probably not that much...

I always feel lazy and broke as well so i guess i can take some consolation that someone thinks i'm not as lazy as them ;)

Yeah...

A sad thought is loading the last of strains from your last harvest... just sorted the last of the g13xhp out for someone and put the last little bud in my grinder for today... so now the apollo is gone and the white russian and g13xhashplant just have a few bowls left in my grinder... i got 1/8th of med man left for me and that's it! after that all i got is the new harvest... and it won't take me long to go through that 8th... luckily, the first plants should start being just about dry enough to start smoking by the time i run out... the trimmed branches/plant are already getting pretty dry on the outside guessing they'll come down in the next day or so and start doing the jar thing... the non-trimmed plants not near dry yet last i checked... so that definitely for sure slows the process down... the non-trimmed ones also smell the best.

I've got to get this whole cloning thing back down. Speaking of, how's bb2 doing?

I'll try snapping and posting some pics of my swc later. I'm finding it quite interesting.

She needs to be topped and tied down some more :) She's getting bigger but needs more branches. Slow grower, but then again I have not pushed nutes on her both because she's got some in the dirt, she's deep dark green already, and the BBs are not usually big feeders. Her roots still haven't grown into her new pot as well she's still going a week in between waterings. Big red is up to twice a week...

Good news... BCS is dry... bad news... too dry (or my hygrometer is broke which i doubt). also, yield blew fucking chunks. 11.6g!!! that ain't shit! i knew it would definitely be the lightest plant of this batch because it did not have many main stalks and had the airiest buds, but damn!! Will have to hope training and super soil fix that in the next run -- i definitely do have a cut that has successfully revegged, though it needs to be repotted. this plant was closest to the HPS/farthest from LEDs... can't blame yield on LEDs ;)
