Thanks again
, for the quick reply and helpful comments. I will move the 1000 HPS light closer. I was worried about burning the ladies in their delicate transplant shock state. Also, I will lower the PH, as I do have some PH down.
1.So, did I do a good thing or a bad thing by removing the yellowing, burnt tip fan leaves? I need to know. I cut them off because I thought they would be a drain of new leaf production. Should I just leave them attached next time? I want to be helpful not harmful.
2. I have another 1000 watt HPS/MH switchable, and a 430 HPS available. Should I be increasing my light, or would it be wiser to wait until I have my new clones ready?
3. I want to divide my grow lab (8'x10' with an 8' ceiling), to give me a flowering chamber where I can have timed lighting, instead of the 24 hour constant I have now for everything. I checked out your grow log
, and see you were able to get your dividing wall built. I am wondering if I would benefit from a real wall or just using the poly-wall like you'd done previously. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
4. I promise to do my clones very soon, possibly even today.
5. Lastly an unrelated MJ question
, I inherited two red-cup clones that already are budding. They look like Charlie Brown X-mas trees. I don't know if I should just let them run their course, or if I can somehow increase their productivity, I've enclosed a few pics. I think I should at least transplant them to a bigger pot, but I do have 3 available spaces in my 6 site system. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks again for your help in advance.
If it's easier for you to reply to me at my e-mail,
[email protected], thats cool too. Anyhow, I really enjoyed reading your grow log, and look forward to being able to eventually post my own. RIU has been extremely helpful to me. Happy labor day!
