You got pink eye from the guano.
I had help loading a bunch of rabbit manure and we both ended up with eye problems. I had a pimple type thing on the inside of my eye lid and scratched my cornea. My friend got cellulitis in his eye because he waited longer than me to go to the ER... I am not saying for sure that the rabbit manure F'ed us up, but it makes sense... We were working on my in-law house at the time, but I dont think that saw dust would cause infections?

The white paint is primer, it was costing too much to use 3 layers of paint @ $200per 5gallons. Everyone was asking "why white and brown".

Don't rub your eyes after you play with shit. You should have them tint the primer. They can tint that stuff any color. If they say they cant go somewhere else and have it tinted. You want to prime first anyway because its a sealer. Paint would just get sucked into the wood. I tried to tell my cousin that and he wouldn't listen. I told him not to go to lowes, he went to lowes. I said don't buy paint and primer in one, he bought it anyway. He ended up using 3x as much paint as he needed. Paint and primer in one is a scam because the wood has to be sealed first.

I think that I did exactly like your brother lol... I am more of a mechanic than a carpenter. If you have a pre-2000 Ford, I could probably rebuild it. I am lost when it comes to wood working, that is why I needed help. I didnt know that they could tint the primer!!!

Yup and it will save you a small fortune. Each one gallon of paint should cover 300 square feet if its primed. If its tinted you might get away with one coat depending on how close the tint is to the paint color. Not all paints are equal either. Pm me if you want to know more so we don't trash up the thread.

I liked seeing that tiny house. What's it for? Storing organic soil? I like a little diversity within a thread. Not pages of it, but a little. That way I learn a few things I didn't expect. If a separate subject starts to take off, then maybe provide a link to a new thread on odd subject and go from there.

Always wear goggles when working with soil, especially dookie. If you work with a lot of it, it's a good idea to flush your eyes as you go.

My wife and I are going to split the building. Top floor is going to be a ceramic shop and the bottom floor is getting weight lifting equipment.
