Correction, 512 Dollars to be precise 8-)

Actually 67km in a 50km zone, which wasnt true, maybe 60, they said 70km and as a rule they reduce it by 3 km, due to various circumstances.

But when they ask if you can accept it or not, you have too.

I mean I cant prove them wrong and going to court, which is an option takes up to much space in the mind, I think.

Here the speeding tickets are quite literally insane, as an example, if you go 100% above the speed limit, the following three things happen.

Loss of license for 3 years unconditionally.

Loss of car, even if it is leased.

20 days in prison.

Have a good one people and dont do speed or speeding:hump:

88mph would have been cooler.

I was stopped doing 130 or so in a 55 once on my motorcycle. I was a member of the volunteer fire department and made sure the cops saw my wallet badge. They wrote me up for 80. Don't remember what that cost. The cop asked "What would happen to you if you hit a deer at that speed". I said what would happen if I hit one at 55? He saw my point. He said he couldn't catch up to me and was happy I didn't just run from them.

I immediately thought of you and your motorcycle
I was cruising across the Indian river (lagoon) by Cocoa beach on that bike (no exit ramps, just bridges due to water) and stupidly was only wearing a tee shirt, light wind breaker, jeans & tennis shoes and started to freeze that quick with 12 or 14 miles to go on a fall morning. Instead of simply endure I twisted the go fast grip & shortly crested a bridge the same time a state trooper did coming the opposite direction.
I knew there was no way I was getting away with it as there was no where to turn off so I shut her off on the down side of the bridge & pulled off on the shoulder. He came screaming past, pulled a Starsky and Hutch, got me in his car & asked me why I was going so fast (143 mph) & I told the truth "I'm freezing & trying to get home" + showed my D/L & USCG ID. Handed me a speeding ticket for 85 & said "this is for stopping, get home & thanks for your service".

Talk about dodging a bullet!

I got the cracked thermostat housing off this morning- I had to pull the battery box and the airbox out to get to it. it was kind of a bitch actually, a job made worse by the smoky air from a couple of wildfires burning in the area

I did an online order with Wally World for groceries with curbside pickup. Never tried this before. I see an issue having to do an inventory to make sure they give me everything I ordered but my back will appreciate not having to wander through the store. I'll still have to stop and get beer though.

My wife tried the wally world express. Once.

They made arbitrary substitutions on some of the items she ordered.
One item was eggs. She asked for a dozen eggs and was provided with Egg Beaters instead.

Their choices were not acceptable. She has not given them a second chance.:finger:

I saw they have an option though, you can allow them to make substitutions, or not.

That's the part that sucks. They will always be pout of certain items and if you allow them to substitute, you probably won't be happy.

I have only done the curbside pickup for general merch. once and it was ok...I even tipped the girl, and got a huge smile that told me not many do.

I just mixed up my 2nd batch of coco...I guess the first run wasn't soo much of a nightmare, but I made plenty of mistakes. Mostly overdoing it...Too much nutes, too big of pots, too much light, too warm, and more I'm sure.

Now to go pot up the next lucky, or unlucky as it may be, girls. I have 5 strains and only a 4 x 8 tent :dunce:

It's great, I love it I get mine without bags and then check it as I bag it into my trunk. I only order fresh produce if I'm in a pinch. I pick better produce but honesty I've only had to reject 1 item and they immediately remove it right there. I hope you find it as nice as I have.
