I voted for Sanders in the primary. Others said, 'he can't possibly win in this day and age, I'm voting for Clinton.'

They were known lifetime Democrats, take from that what you will.

OK, we aren't Nobel Laureate economists and we can see it coming to one extent or another. Why don't the 47% that voted for drump see this?

I would point out to you that the ACA no longer exists or won't in a year or so. It was good coverage and affordable. But that's moot.

My question to you is, what happens to this administration when the pigeons come home to roost? If people are livid about ACA price increases, what do you think will happen when -- as you predict -- premiums show up that are double or more in 2018?

That said, 25% increases with 18M losing coverage are bad enough. What you predict is much worse. I'd appreciate a link to something that backs this claim up, by the way. Not that I doubt you but I'd like to understand where these increases are coming from.

I think we are in agreement here. Sanders was no radical leftist. To me, Clinton was a moderate but conservative candidate. I was comfortable with either candidate but chose Sanders in the primary too. I did hear people say "Sanders could not be elected". Maybe you are right about this. To me, choosing based upon elect-ability is too hard to figure out. If my life were on the line, I'd die like the Sicilian. Some would say that anybody who chose Clinton using this as a guide chose wrongly too.
 
My taint smells just putting that out there. It might damage the environment so someone should defiantly be sniffing it.

The Democratic party followed the money, not their constituents. That's why they lost.
