He may be interested in you and a bit shy. Or he may just want to be friends with you. There are people that have character. Myself despite being liberal in many ways am quite conservative when it comes to relationships. I don't kiss right away, and I'm a bit naive myself, so I have trouble being able to tell if a girl wants to. I personally am looking for something more filling and important in life when it comes to a relationship, so its not going to just be a whim. If you do like him, maybe you should try to give him a few small signals. Sometimes guys are idiots and just need a sign as well.

Well, there are alot of time where I would go and meet girls I have met online, or through a friend (blind date type) and tons of other reasons. I have stories up the yang, the one that comes to mind on this occasion, aka this thread and the dude that wouldn't hump the fatty, is the time I drove about 50 miles to meet up at a starbucks and I got there hella early. I had a lot of pictures with me however those pictures were NOT what they portrayed. She had a lot of face shots and the only body shots she had were like "that perfect angle" shots that didn't ACTUALLY show what she looked like hehe. Anyways I get there, wait for her, she comes in and i knew IMMEDIATELY it was her ... however she was not worth the 50 mile drive at ALL. Her pics were though lol. I'll paint ya a picture real quick. Her pics were about an 8 or so. However in real life, she looked like .... Danny Devito as the Penguin in Batman Returns with Micheal Keaton lol. Especially from the back side. Her muffin top had a muffin top lol. I just pulled my hat down waited til she went to the counter to order and booked it ... ain't no way my penis was going any where NEAR that penguin vagina lol

I wouldn't of ducked that penguin either. lol Prob was this broad did too...or this whole thread is BS and she's looking for attention. The OP is lucky I didn't smoke her out because I would of made her give me head atleast.
