ive been trying not to buy pork chops. ive used them wayyyy too much recently, along wih ground beef n chicken wings.. i need a new staple meat. my cooking is starting to bore me.. but my wife loves it
 
Dinner tonight consists of a pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries and sweet honey cornbread.

I just went and gave my qt jars a shake. 2 more weeks I will fruit. !0 or 14 days after that I will be eaten some Cambodians.
 
The whole thing sounds yummy...

Ever have that North Carolina BBQ pork....? They use mostly vinegar...I was surprised, but then loved it.

Not from NC but my girl and I visited Memphis and had some pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with the vinegar sauce... amazing

Only my favorite burrito on earth!! I could only get those in San Diego, I tried making my own but its just not the same... man that pic is making me salivate lol
