I make it 2 ways...

like NORML Joe... I steam them... stems ON and use Hollandaise sauce.

or

i bake them stem OFF and stuff it with breadcrumbs and ground up sausage and garlic.

lol, think someone might have been a bit tetchy last night not enough peas! i love shucking fresh peas from the pods, only when they're sweet and juicy though. just had a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon, with a touch of lemon and pepper. i might have kinda maybe possibly eaten the entire pack of salmon with the 1 bagel mmmm, smoked salmon
