What's For Dinner Tonight?

i mix vegan cream cheese with vegan sour cream and salsa and a bit of seasoning, spead it on the bottom , add more salsa , fresh lettuce, tomatos, avocados, black olives and green onions, and top it with shredded vegan cheese :D

I eat olives from the jar, with a fork....

It's almost as much fun to stab them as it is to eat them...almost.

Made this brussell sprout dish last night , with chopped bacon , onion , tomatoes , little garlic , seasoning. Was really nice.
I also saw this idea and thought i would try it ,
Lay out a piece of bacon , put a potato gem at one end , then place a slice of jalapeno next to it , then roll it up (that's a pun)!
Hold together with a tooth pic and deep fry untill golden , serve with grated cheese sprinkled on top.
They were a tasty , crunchy awsome snack .

lovely plates guys! always diverse in here. snapper to brussel sprout dishes. nice bacon roll things btw.

I've been trying to cut down on the meat intake this week so veg curry the other day and last night i made a caramelised onion puff pastry tart with baby new plum tommies and lashings of mascarpone instead of goats cheese, as neither of us have any time for it that or feta (fetid in our house :) )

we were both too hungry to take pics.

badass smoker clint;)

That smoked snapper looks fantastic, Clint!

I want a smoker, bad. We have a really, really nice Bradley smoker at school.... I love that thing.

I'd like to buy pork belly, brine/cure it then cold smoke it myself with different types of wood.... See what type of smoke tastes best.

I saw some fresh sardines at my local seafood joint , never had them b4 so grabed a tray of them .
Just sprinkled them with salt n pepper and chucked on a lightly oiled pan .
They were very tasty , sorry for messy plating up , midnight munchie !!!!
On the plate i just added some seafood sauce , tobasco and some sliced chilli .
