You have no idea how tempting that is. I think I'm going to be making a pot of red chili this weekend. It's good for enchiladas, huevos rancheros, mexican burgers, navajo tacos, fries, hot dogs, ice cream, whipped cream, sour cream... o.k. maybe I'm exaggerating a bit.. But I'm craving chili, damn it! If I lived in Albuquerque I would be knocking on your door right now.
