What's the issue with these leaves?

I've searched the forum and read the basic guide to all nute deficiencies, most of them seem to be accompanied by a slowing of growth (which hasn't happened) - so hoping yall can help me narrow it down.

Some info on the grow:

I'm growing indoors, temps average 25-26c lights on and 19-20c lights off, humidity fluctuates between 40-55%. Using HLG 260w blue spec light at about 60cm away from top of plants.

I've been watering every 2-3 days depending on how the soil feels and how heavy the pots are. I've been going nute-nute-water feed on the L.A. confidential and am using the canna range of nutes with the canna terra professional medium. Last couple weeks i've been PH'ing to 5.9 (started at 5.8) and have moved to 6.0 - 6.1 on the last feed as i started flowering.

Plant in question is L.A confidential and have been giving nutes full strength as recommended on the bottles. I topped 8 days ago and I've just flipped to flower 3 days ago and started to notice these rusty yellow/brown spots on the big fan leaves (new growth seems to be unaffected).

Left plant is kali mist and have been feeding it half strength nutes as i've read it doesn't like a heavy feed and have been going nute-water-nute feed. No spots on this plant.

New growth seems to be unaffected and can already see it starting to stretch in the few days since i flipped - not sure what to do as i can't seem to diagnose the issue?

I can only give you a thought. Looks like parasites to me. Most likely insects. Look under your leaves and Use water below 7.8.

Here is a guide. I suggest memorizing it. Applies across all mediums.

Great graphic - thanks mate.

I've looked under the plant leaves and in the soil, i can't see anything moving/living or any eggs (admittedly don't know exactly what they look like). Dug a bit in the surface as well and couldn't find anything. Checked the base of the root as well and nothing i could see either.

Pic attached if anything catches your eye (can't get one of the whole base given how thick the leafage is)soil.jpg

Calcium/magnesium deficiency, get some calmag added in, i grow hydro and know that calmag is best absorbed around 6.2ph

Thank you - after further digging all of last night i was arriving at the same conclusion. Also makes sense since i've been primarily ph'ing to 5.8 thus far and based on the graph i'd be getting minimal uptake in cal-mag.

Any better?

I think so? Overall the plant looks a lot healthier, though the rustiness on some of the originally affected fan leaves continued for a few days but has stopped now. Also wasn't tracking pH/EC of the run-off (only what i was putting in), which i now realise may have gotten away from me.

I may have gone overboard on the nutes as the tips of all leaves started going slightly yellow / burnt looking. Flushed as soon as i saw this.

The close-up was taken about a week ago and the yellowing tips haven't progressed. The overall pic is from 3 days ago (2.5 weeks into flower)

Pretty stoked for my first grow that i've got them this far without destroying them tbf!
