Yup it sure is,the housing market here took a massive crash,worked out perfect for investors though,i just picked up a house worth about 100k for a little over 10k.

HUD is dumping homes that they hold mortgages on for pennies on the dollar.

Utah market prices are up from 5 years ago but way down from a year and a half ago when we saw the boom. Cali is always expensive as fuck I live in an apartment out there.
