Misdemeanors are not extraditable

Then they would have a federal case on their hands. Same as Mark Emery is fighting his international extradition. And I'm no where near as high on the list as someone like that. So I'm pretty sure they aren't willing to fuck the law THAT bad, just to have "funsies"

Nope.. you can't - them violating the rules is specific to you, and you only.. has nothing to do with state legislation. Want me to state the 100s of cannabis cases before yours where the cops fucked up that did nothing?

He is serving time because they came to CANADA and arrested him illegally, just like your suggestion of Colorado arresting me for Texas charges. It's not legal to do, but when I go back I will serve time while fighting my charges. Just like he is now.
