I have it running on one of my virtual machines.. it works just fine on a laptop. miss fancy pants.

Yeah, windows 8 pissed me the fuck off. I knew eventually I would get stuck with it.
When I went shopping for laptops a few months ago I was asking for something windows 7 but there was nothing..

You get used to it after a little while. It's like, they are trying to make the laptop operate like a phone.
I don't know if it is an assbackwards way, but I click on the start button that takes you to the annoying "Start" page. Then sort of swipe your finger into the touch pad... from the outside in.. then a little menu pops up... click search... type in whatever you want. .. control panel, etc

fucking annoying. why fuck with windows? It was just fine the way it was.

Win8 was the beginning of the dying desktop and laptop market.
Micro$haft is thinking about bringing Bill Gates back to make money again.

I think the control panel is at the bottom Left corner of the screen.
