Ya i would not have walked up to the homes, u never know if the parents are even more messed up then the kids, but they stood acroos the street calling him a fag, dick, "fucker" lol and my fav part is when they asked if he was a pedophile and going to rap them rflmao so he was kinda annoyed, and all this happened because he told them to stop bothering her.

I had some kids throw there fastfood trash at me one morning getting the paper.. I pulled my .177 and knocked out every windowon their SUV, emptied the clip and gave them their trash back. Since they screamed a profanity while hitting me with trash it was self deffence and I told their parents they should be glad I didnt shoot their kids with a real gun.

It could have been anything they were throwing, It could have been my kids playing in the yard. Also these same kids were cought weeks earlier shooting old people in the neighborhood with frozen paintballs. One older gentleman just recieved open heart surgery a month before. Fuck those kids if they would have gone blind.. even better! It probably would have straitened em out a little better.
You also wouldnt have done a god damn thing if you saw me other than call the police.. no worries they called their parents and in turn called the law... police didnt do shit either. The police said the same shit, be glad it wasnt a real gun. You say "Im glad I didnt see ya" like your about something.. you probably would have hunched over on your tummy to have your sh!t pushed in. You sir receive the award for the dumbest thing said this week. And you are definitely in the contending for the annual award. That right there is an assault with a weapon, depending on the DA assault with a deadly weapon (Although the charge would probably be lowered.). A kid I went to highschool with got a nickle in the pen for doing a drive by with a paintball gun. A BB gun falls in the same category, and district attorneys are a lot less likely to say boys will be boys when you're a full grown adult.

Also you should probably look up the legal definition of self defense, because this was not. Regardless of what they yelled, if they were in a moving car and not trying to run you over, you were in no clear and present danger nor had any reason to believe you were. Self defense in this case holds about as much water as a sieve.

It's a shame really those kids parents didn't call the cops. If they would of, you'd be sitting behind bars right now, and from the sound of things that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

Police showed, said be glad it wasnt a real gun to their parents and them.. so?? Also I didnt do a drive by.. I was on my property
and had full right. If you read further, you would have noticed that these kids were doing drive bys on old folks with frozen paintballs and they still were running the streets. I am sure you are a lawyer so I will just believe you, I have no idea what im talking about.. I just lived the experiance and dealed with the situation "FIRST HAND" and you want to talk about high school days. Get real and quit sitting on dick shaped vegetables. Dude whats wrong with you? your the only one on this who topic talking about molesting kids, WTF!?! and this is the second time you have brought it up.....i mean these guys are talking about spanking there kids and your talking about touching them.

anyways, here in NC parents are still able to spank there kids. hell, here ppl spank there kids in walmart if there acting a fool. you know why there is so much school violence and teen shooting and gang problems these days? take a guess. this shit didn't happen 50 years ago, 30 years ago or even 20 years ago, its just our generation (im 25) and younger that half us have never been taught right from wrong. i got spankings when i was a kid and occasionally with a hickory switch, and i love and respect my parents now for caring about me enough to do it. try hitting your flesh and blood, try punishing the ones you love more than anything in the world, when your parents say it hurts them more than it does you they are telling the truth, i would take any punishment my loved ones were dew 100 times over b4 i let them take it. and if i ever have kids i will gladly give up my life and take what ever punishment comes trying to guild them right and raise them right, thats i commitment i make if i bring a child into this world.

That' it exactly! And it's not just lack of discipline that's the problem, though it's a big part of it. So many parents hand their children off to some else to raise for 10-12 hours a day or more, when they're 6 freakin weeks old, even when they are financially stable enough for one parent to stay home with the child(ren) they CHOSE to have. Before my second daughter was born, I had a career, not just a job. However, my Hubby and I decided together that, with a few sacrifices, we could swing expenses if I stayed home with my kids. 12 years later, I'm still home with them. Do I regret giving up my career to raise my kids? NO, but I do realize that I can't go back to my former career, things have changed too much. I'm not saying every mom, or dad, for that matter, should stay home with their kids for that long, some can't afford to. But, if you are able to provide for your family with only one parent working it's not only selfish, but irresponsible not to do so for at least the first year or 2. JMO, and I know the majority of parents will disagree.

now i really think that you've stumbled on something here ms botwin.. kids that aren't raised by the parents, well, to say that the person watching them isn't quite in a position to discipline them the way a parent would, well, that would be a huge understatement.. its one thing for family to beat a child that acts up, and its not even an easy thing to do like the other person was just talking about... but i'm sure not many parents would sit back and allow a baby sitter or whom ever to beat their kids when they more than likely deserve it..
i know that my dad went to work and my mom stayed at home and took care of the house and the kids, and as a result, she was also the disciplinary in the home.. did we lived in the lap of luxury being that only one parent was working? of course not, but we never went without the things that are really important in life, like food on the table, and love in the home, which seems to be one of the major things missing in many of todays lock key homes, and single parent homes, or even homes with two parents, but where both of the parents are working to meet ends meet..

And a lot of women feel that they shouldn't have to give up their careers to be a parent. But there is a such thing as a leave of absence or even cutting back on hours. And if a woman feels that her career is so important that she can't even give her child more than 6 weeks of her time, perhaps she should consider becoming an Aunt instead!

i dont think its necessarily think that the parents aren't their for their kids cuz my mom was always working and only saw my dad on the weekend and my sister would always be home while i would be outside i think its that today kids dont know how to be kids they all wanna act like they are grown i never see kids outside playing no more their are all coupe up in their homes i remember when i was a kid id be outside till my mom or sis would come looking for me sometime id be outside till 2 in the morning and i didnt live in a nice neighborhood either so imagine being 7 or 9 out in the middle of the night today sounds crazy i alsp think its society's fault too

Imho, THE largest problem with the youth of today is that they have no self-respect. That can result from many things, but the end result is the same.

Parenting today is so much differant then it was when I was a kid. todays parent is supposedly better equipped but we seem to do less actual parenting. Well not up in my house LOL..My boys are on a short leash...10 and 12 yrs old and they are respectful, active, courteous young lads at least when my wife or I are watching them and from what everyone of their friends parents say about them they must be around them too.....they aren't perfect but when we walk in to a public place they hold the door open for us and any other person who is coming in or out as well,,,theie pants are pulled up so that no underwear is showing....Due to circumstances I've been the stay at home parent for the last 10 monthes...But that comes to an end next week so we will see how things go in my abscence...None of my kids ever saw a daycare or a sitter that wasn't family which was a big part of it I think....My ex wife stayed home and is still at home LOL and my current wife was able to take 4 yrs off then my youngest went to his Nannas everyday while we worked....it take more than 2 parents to raise a kid in this fast paced world

lol.. actually, i'm closer to like 9 feet tall, lol.. but seriously, i'm definitely an intimidating looking dude if you don't know me, i can come off as a giant.. and the thing is, i joke around and call my dog cuju, but he really isn't the friendliest mutt on the block.. when he's out in the yard, kids know that he is not overly friendly, and when i go looking for these kids, i usually take cuju, err dumb donald, with me.. last night we were both about five feet away from that fucker that was writing on my neighbors fence.. i probably could have spit on the kid i was so close to him.. i know that if i were ever doing something i knew to be wrong, and i saw a large sized adult coming my way with a big ass unfriendly dog with him, i would have taken off way before he got within five feet of me, that is for sure.. the thing is, the kid was even by himself last night, and didn't have the security of a large crowd like i see a lot of these kids now adays in.. like the ones who threw something at my sister were in at the time as well..
so i don't know.. i think i'm a pretty intimidating looking person, and add my bunny eating pooch, and i think you've got a double edged sword, but that lil fucker seemed like he could have cared less how big i was or how mean my dog my be.. i guess the thing is that they know that when it comes down to it, i really can't touch the fucker unless i want to end up getting arrested and going to court for doing the right thing in my eyes.. so, i don't know what it takes to intimidate some of these kids to be honest..
like i said, i was in five feet of the kid, then all of a sudden he starts running away... so i'm all yelling at him, don't run, i want to talk to you, really nice like, but of course the kid bounced and rolled around the corner, and by the time dumb donald got done sniffing every bush on the way to the corner, i had lost him...
